GUTSRIESLING
Delicate aromas of honeydew melon and apple on the nose. Wonderfully balanced on the palate. Subtle grapefruit-like bitterness with good length and considerable juiciness.
PINOT BLANC
Creamy and yet fruity. Juicy flavours of white peach and pear flow over the palate making the mouth water. Beautiful spices of rosemary, elderberry and peppery notes round off the flavour. In the mouth, a wonderful balance of minty freshness unfolds, complemented with “intricate creaminess and herbal spices”.
MUSKATELLER
Classic floral notes on the nose, cool minerality on the palate. High extract, powerful body and amazing presence.
BLANC DE PINOT NOIR
A Blanc de Noir with a difference. The grape takes centre stage without any frills. An honest but powerful and spicy wine with concentrated flavours of hibiscus and wild berries. A “drinks well” wine!

A no nonsense local wine with spicy minerality. Dominant flavours of locally grown apple, peach, and apricot. Refreshing with a harmonious minty flavour.

Trocken, straff und kantig, jedoch mit spannender Exotik und Ätherik. Die bekannte exotische Kräutrigkeit, die man von den Ruppertsberger Lagen kennt, allerdings etwas cremiger in der Textur.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
Superbly refreshing, green and full of fruit yet smooth. Green mango, pink grapefruit and gooseberry meet thyme and woodruff. Juicy with striking minerality and plenty of freshness.
DEIDESHEIMER SPÄTBURGUNDER
Fleischig-würzig, mit kühler Frucht, ätherischer Tiefe und spürbarem Holzeinfluss aus dem 500 L Tonneaux. Klar strukturiert, griffig, mit regionalem Charakter und gutem Zug.

Klar strukturierter Riesling mit überraschend kühler Aromatik, heller Frucht, kräutriger Würze und feiner Säure. Am Gaumen kompakt, leicht cremig und salzig im Ausklang – präzise, trocken und mit viel Trinkfluss.

RIESLING
Excellent sweet-acid balance. Spicy minerality and exciting salinity, reminiscent of wet stone, combine with citrus flavours, herbal spice and exoticism.

RIESLING
Südostexponierte Lage mit fast mediterranem Mikroklima und kalkreichen, steinigen Böden. Der Riesling zeigt reife Zitrusfrucht, kühle Kräuterwürze und eine feine, nicht aufdringliche Exotik. Straff, kalkig und „crispy“ mit salziger Länge und griffiger Struktur – trocken, fokussiert, mit klarem Herkunftscharakter.
